IT Specialist

investing.com is looking to hire a highly motivated, best-in-class IT Specialist for our global IT support team.

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide service to our employees among frontal, remote, and over-the-phone technical support, install new hardware and software, and be responsible for the administration of the company’s computers, printers, and related equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and participate in IT projects
Setup install and troubleshoot various IT environments
Manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools
Manage Service desk and support IT requests
Follow up with users to ensure issues/problems/questions are solved and answered
Follow and document internal IT procedures
IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT. Participation and proposal of new projects.

What you’ll bring:

2-3 years of proven experience as an IT person.
Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems - Must (Linux - advantage)
Experience managing Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Office 365, AD on-premise, and Azure AD. FortiGate Firewalls - advantage.
Experience with networking, security, and virtualization (VMware) - advantage
Experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
Experience with scripting in PowerShell or Python is a big advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT. Participation and proposal of new projects.
Highly motivated and tech-savvy with a ‘can do’ attitude
Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
High-level English – Verbal & Writing
