Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Designer with a focus on digital design to join our team. As part of a talented and supportive group of professionals, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving and collaborative company. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of various digital marketing projects, from concept to completion maintaining a high design standard. Our ideal candidate has a passion for design and marketing, the ability to think critically about campaigns, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

Shape and evolve the company’s brand, visual identity, and tone of voice.
Lead the design and execution of digital marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media assets, digital ads, and video story-telling.
Leverage AI and new tools to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and R&D to create data-driven, high-impact designs.
Continuously optimize designs, track performance, and refine for better engagement and ROI.

Requirements:

You have 5+ years of experience in digital design within B2C companies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.
Your portfolio showcases expertise in branding, digital marketing, ads, emails, and website/mobile design.
Highly skilled in Figma, with proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
You excel at using data, metrics, and user feedback to refine and improve creative assets.
A strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and articulates design decisions clearly.
A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives in fast-paced environments.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful visuals.
You are tech-savvy, with experience using landing page builders (Advantage).
