So, what's the job?



We're looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer who brings both exceptional craft and strategic vision to our brand.

You'll be a key creative voice on our high-velocity team, where speed meets intention, moving quickly without sacrificing quality, experimenting boldly, and building work that drives measurable impact.

Partnering closely with Marketing, Growth, and Brand related teams. you'll shape how millions experience the Guardio brand and help set the creative direction across our entire brand and marketing ecosystem.

You will:



• Bring versatile design experience, including marketing campaigns, web design, brand development, and a solid understanding of design principles.
• Own the Guardio brand look and feel, creating and implementing brand guidelines for each project.
• Lead design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery.

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand & Marketing Designer, with a portfolio that shows you know how to build a cohesive brand identity.
• A sharp eye for design: You have a deep understanding of design principles and you know how to use them to create work that is both effective and beautiful.
• Highly proficient in Figma and experienced in leveraging Generative AI workflows to accelerate creative concepting and asset production.
• Good experience with "design vibe coding" and a habit of experimenting with new ways to bring your designs to life.
• Hands-on mastery and a knack for staying ahead of design trends while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Creative thinker who can translate business goals into compelling visuals that resonate with a B2C audience.
• Extra points for experience in motion design or evolving an existing brand system.
