We are hiring a passionate, detail-oriented QA Engineer who is eager to kick off their tech career by helping us deliver the most powerful e-commerce optimization platform on the planet. From checkout flows to post-purchase experiences, we ensure every feature we release works flawlessly for our merchants and their customers.

As a QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in guaranteeing the quality and stability of our product. You’ll work hands-on with our engineering and product teams, write and execute tests, identify bugs, and contribute to a smooth, delightful user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and execute manual test plans for new features
Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive test cases
Identify, document, and track bugs making sure they’re fixed before release
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers and other stakeholders to maximize product quality
Perform regression testing during release cycles
Work with customer support and CSMs to reproduce production issues
Be a part of building our test automation project, with the opportunity to grow into automated testing over time.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, completion of a software testing course, or equivalent hands-on experience
Understanding of QA concepts: test cases, regression, bug lifecycle, etc.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think like a user
Solid communication/documentation skills and the ability to work in a team
Curiosity and drive to learn and improve every day
Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Advantages:

Experience with testing tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium , Postman etc)
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java)
Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI pipelines, or writing basic scripts
