Payments Operator

Plus500 is looking for a talented individual to join the Payments Team. The Payments team is responsible for handling the group clients’ payments, monitoring the payment providers' efficiency, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Detection and resolution of potential technical issues in coordination with the development team and external payment providersAnalysis and monitoring of transactions approval ratiosAuthentication of customer financial and trading activity and processing of withdrawals, based on a set of decision-making toolsReconciliation of transactions between payment providers and internal systemsCommunication with payment providers and Finance teams to ensure accurate reportingResolution of payment-related customer queries, escalated by the customer-oriented teamsRequirements:Impeccable attention to detailsB.A. in Economics/ Business/ Statistics or another relevant degree - MandatoryEnglish – high level in writing – MandatoryStrong quantitative and analytical competencyAbility to perform well under pressureStrong sense of responsibilityProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including fluency with Excel formulas and functionsTeam playerData analysis experience - AdvantageWorking Days: Monday-FridayReason for hire:add
