We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead our entire sales department—*including social media, marketing, and cold calling teams.*
*What You’ll Do:*
* Oversee and manage the full sales department
* Lead and support social media and marketing initiatives
* Supervise and guide a team of cold callers
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive performance and meet targets
* Monitor performance metrics and use CRM tools to track progress
* Collaborate with leadership to refine sales goals and growth plans
*Qualifications:*
* At least four years in a sales management role with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets
* Background in Marketing and Social Media
* Solid background in both sales and team management
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making
*Work Set Up:*
* This role is for a *Work-From-Home* set up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 83.00₪ - 84.00₪ per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
