About the RoleWe are looking for an Organizational Development & Learning Specialist to join our global OD&L team.As a OD&L Specialist, you will be responsible to drive various Organizational Development programs and initiatives, work closely with the various teams across DriveNets to roll out OD programs as well as cross-company learning initiatives.You will need to identify learning needs and accommodate both macro and micro level learnings, organize and monitor external training.If you are into collaboration, creatively handling challenges and passion for people in general and for L&D projects - you belong with us!We offerAwesome, passionate, dynamic and driven teamOpportunity to take part in our next phase of growth and developmentA fast-growing global company that disrupts Networking for the goodness of people and companies around the worldKey Areas of ResponsibilityWork with managers to identify and assess teams’ soft skills gaps and build relevant learning solutions to address themDevelop workshops and OD solutionsImplement global development programs across the companyIdentify and manage learning vendors to run learning plansMonitor, measure and assess the learning programs and activitiesWork as part of the OD&L team to drive a learning culture and adopt best practices across the organizationConstantly study, update and apply learning market trends and best practiceRequirements:3-5 years of experience in Training / OD / Consulting/ HRBP, in a global company – requiredRelevant BA – Must; master's degree - preferredAbility & willingness to work in a fast pace, changing environment.Strong communication and presentation skillsExperience with people skills workshop facilitationsAbility to work independently with full ownershipLeading OD projectsProactive and “can do” approachEnglish at a very good level: Conversation / Reading / WritingFull Microsoft office Proficiency, and Canva preferredExperience in training development, educational technology tools, tutorials and learning deliverablesAbility to leverage different AI tools at all tasks – preferred
