Description

We are looking for a hands-on, passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive the design, delivery, and execution of impactful learning initiatives across the site. In this role, you'll serve as a key subject matter expert and projects owner, collaborating with People team, business stakeholders, and content partners to build and execute learning programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of learning initiatives across the employee lifecycle
Partner with business leaders and People Business partner to identify learning needs and translate them into actionable programs
Supporting the developing content stages and manage end-to-end execution: from scoping, vendor coordination, communication, rollout, facilitation, to feedback collection
Working closely and with alignment with global L&D teams
Provide professional guidance and expertise for the Learning team, acting as a subject matter lead
Analyze data to assess learning impact and drive continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

An MA/MBA in the domain of Human Resources/ Organisational Development / Sociology /Business Administration or related fields
4+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or a related HR/People role, within organizations with technological focus
Strong project management skills and attention to detail - able to lead multiple learning projects in parallel
Experience in working with internal and external content providers
Strong communication skills - able to collaborate and influence without authority
Comfortable with data and tools - experience working with Excel, surveys, etc.
Self-starter, proactive, and highly execution-oriented
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
