Areas we’ll trust you with::

Oversee and manage all day-to-day legal matters of the company.
Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements (partnerships, customers, vendors, etc.).
Ensure compliance with corporate law requirements, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters.
Advise on privacy and data protection laws, ensuring compliance with global regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Support the company’s business operations, including employment law, intellectual property, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (management, product, security, sales, finance and HR teams) to align legal strategy with business objectives.
Manage relationships with external legal counsels, as needed.
Stay updated on legal trends affecting the SaaS and high-tech industry globally.

Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial law.
Strong expertise in commercial transactions, privacy laws and corporate law.
Experience in the high-tech and SaaS industry, in an international company.
Ability to operate independently and manage all legal aspects of a growing global business.
Strong negotiation and contract-drafting skills.
Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks with company objectives.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
Hard worker, well-organized, team player, dynamic and pro-active personality.
