Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a legal business partner to Eon’s revenue teams, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams.​
• Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements.​
• Advise colleagues on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.​
• Seek to understand the context of positions from Eon’s customers and internal clients, striving to solve problems and address issues from their perspective.
• Manage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.​
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.​
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and risk tolerance.​

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of legal experience in a software/technology company or in a law firm advising tech-driven companies, with a strong focus on commercial transactions.
• Admission to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel or New York (mandatory).
• A commercial mindset—the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and accelerate deal execution.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in SaaS agreements, professional services contracts, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Expertise in data privacy regulations, and experience handling data privacy-related questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management tools is a plus.
