RFIC Design engineer

*Key Responsibilities:*

Design and develop RFIC and analog integrated circuits using advanced CMOS technologies (65nm, 130nm and below).

Perform detailed electromagnetic and RF simulations using tools such as ADS, CST, and Cadence.

Work closely with cross-functional development teams in hardware, system, and verification.

Participate in the design and layout of analog/RF building blocks including LNAs, mixers, amplifiers, modulators, and more.

Apply advanced verification methodologies and contribute to product integration.

*Requirements:*

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory

At least 3 years of experience in analog and RF IC design – mandatory

Hands-on experience with RF design tools such as ADS, CST, Cadence – mandatory

Strong background in CMOS circuit design (preferably 130nm/65nm)

Familiarity with simulation, layout, and validation methodologies

High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
