RFIC Analysis Engineer

 Perform RFIC block-level analysis and characterization
Develop automation tools for RF testing and measurements
Analyze measurement data and prepare reports
Collaborate closely with RFIC designers to optimize designs
Conduct hands-on lab work with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
Maintain and improve testing processes and ation
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for RFIC projects

Must-Have Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a well-known university
2+ years of relevant experience in the RF field.
Technical Background:

Experience with lab measurement equipment: spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
Familiarity with fundamental RF parameters and system-level performance metrics (IP3, Cascaded NF, PLL & Phase Noise, DAC/ADC performance, S-parameters, IQ imbalance, DC offset, P1dB, PSAT)
Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize workflows
Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and test automation
Practical knowledge of Spectrum Analyzer operation and settings (RBW, VBW)
Advantageous: RF experience from military service or practical engineering/technician background
Working Style:

Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a lab environment
