About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, your role would involve end to end product management ownership, a combination of product discovery, PRD & tickets creation, communication, execution, working closely with engineering, research, analysts & partners teams. You would be responsible for driving the execution of the relevant engineering group and delivery of platform solutions that support the organization’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, product requirements and roadmap for Pagaya platform, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the development and delivery of Pagaya underwriting infrastructure solutions, working closely with engineering teams, ensuring the timely execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure solutions, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of projects, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.

Requirements

At least 3 years experience as a product management.
Software Engineering background.
Experience with API, cloud services, CI/CD technologies and infrastructure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively and create alignment with external stakeholders
Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams, collaborate effectively, and drive consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
