Product Manager

The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to both the train station and the light rail line, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home (up to three days remote for candidates commuting from distant regions).

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Product Manager (Hardware, Mobile & B2B2C Operations), taking full end-to-end strategic ownership of a flagship product domain focused on medication management, therapy optimization, and connected device workflows.
• Reporting directly to the US-based General Manager (GM) and collaborating closely with US product leadership and local cross-functional R&D squads.
• Orchestrating the multidisciplinary intersection of Connected Hardware / IoT, Embedded Firmware, Consumer Mobile Apps, and Enterprise Operational Systems.
• Designing user-centric journeys, clinical workflows, and enrollment experiences that balance high patient engagement with complex US healthcare compliance and operational requirements.
• Partnering directly with Software Engineering, Firmware/Hardware teams, Clinical Specialists, UI/UX Designers, and Operations to translate clinical and business strategies into clear product roadmaps.
• Driving execution rigor across product discovery, hardware/software lifecycle management, and scalable data operations.

Requirements-

• 6 years of hands-on Product Management experience driving complex software and system roadmaps – Mandatory
• Direct, proven experience managing Hardware and/or Firmware products, including connected devices, IoT products, or regulated medical devices – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background owning consumer-facing (B2C / B2B2C) software applications, user experiences, and product roadmaps – Mandatory
• Proven track record managing complex operational workflows, patient eligibility, enrollment funnels, or data-intensive backend integrations – Mandatory
• Exceptional product sense and analytical judgment, with the ability to balance user empathy, hardware/firmware constraints, and business outcomes – Mandatory
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership and executive-level communication skills, with fluent English (written and verbal) to collaborate seamlessly with US leadership – Mandatory
• High ownership, operational rigor, and comfort navigating matrixed, global organizational structures – Mandatory
