Funded by some of the industry’s leading VC’s, Aidoc has raised more than $250 million to date, and was chosen as one of TIME’s 50 most genius companies.About this roleThe Staff Software Engineer's main responsibilities include developing customer-facing products, enhancing medical workflows, integrating with our AI solutions, and scaling our product’s technical aspects, as well as expanding our product offerings.ResponsibilitiesWork as an integral part of our senior (and exceptional) development team.You will have a leading role, a central responsibility, and will be the owner for the design and development of many of our components and projects.Receive end-to-end ownership for product features from ideation to post-deployment, and work closely with our Product and UX teams to bring the team’s vision and mission to life.Be trusted with autonomy, freedom, and influence to design solutions and make complex technical decisions, in a critical position for the company’s growth.RequirementsAt least 7 years of hands-on experience in building complex systemsDeep understanding of software engineering fundamentals – object-oriented design, code optimization, and complexity, while maintaining elegant and effective technological solutions, and a love for clean code.Hands-on experience in building high-performance cloud production services end-to-end, including architecture design, research, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Cloud infra – AWS stack or equivalent, serverless eco system (especially Lambda) - advantagePostgreSQL or equivalent - advantageExperience in high-scale projects (a lot of data, a lot of requests, a lot of events) with end-to-end ownership.Containers and Orchestration – Docker, K8s, Terraform - advantageA “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownershipIndependent learning capability and curiosity without boundariesStrong ability to lead end-to-end development processesPassion for building generic and robust software architectureBSc/MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent - advantageAlumni of an IDF technology unit - advantageWorking at AidocOur Perks:Be part of something big - using cutting-edge technologies to transform the Healthcare industry (while saving patients’ lives)We work in a hybrid model, with our new offices located at 34 HaMasger Street in Tel Aviv and free parking for employees.Amazing and healthy breakfasts and lunches prepared daily by our personal chef!Stocked up kitchen & meal cardWellness: Aidoc employees-only gym, plus Pilates, Yoga, and functional workouts classes.Amazing culture - collaborative, transparent & fun!Attractive compensation package & benefits
