Jerusalem based biotechnology company seeks a lab research assistant to join its R&D team. Key Responsibilities Perform QC/QA testing of medical device prototypes and lateral flow assays Assemble, disassemble, and sterilize medical device prototypes Conduct, document, and analyze laboratory experiments Record, interpret, and communicate experimental results Maintain bacterial cultures and perform microbiological procedures Process clinical trial samples Perform data entry and maintain accurate scientific documentation Draft experiment summaries and technical reports Write and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing R&D initiatives Required Qualifications B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) with hands-on wet lab experience Background in microbiology, cell biology, genetics, or related life sciences field Experience working in a microbiology or laboratory technician role Familiarity with aseptic techniques and standard laboratory practices Ability to work full-time during standard Israeli working hours Native level English Preferred Qualifications Experience with lateral flow assays and/or medical devices Experience working under GLP and quality testing environments Significant PCR experience Mammalian cell culture experience Background in QC/QA laboratory settings Experience in R&D labs focused on biotechnology or microbiology
