Web Developer

Hexagon Physical Security Team is looking for an experienced web developer to join our R&D group and be a key part of the development of our newest web product. This role is based at our Raanana site and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring attendance in the office three times a week.

You will have the opportunity to develop a new application from scratch, working with React and TypeScript in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in web technologies – Mandatory
React and Typescript knowledge - Mandatory
Expert knowledge of vanilla JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals - Mandatory
Familiarity with C# – an advantage
Familiarity with Node.js – an advantage
Ability to research new technologies and implement them independently.
Experience working with SCRUM / Agile methodologies – an advantage.
Ability to work under stress.
Team Player - ability to work well in a close team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Develop and take ownership of new features from end to end
Program in React/TypeScript.
Have a high coverage of unit tests for new code
Have a high coverage of automation tests for new code
Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards
