As HR & Learning Manager at Verint, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's HR strategies and practices, maintaining and enhancing the Israeli site as an exceptional workplace. You will be instrumental in fostering outstanding leadership, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, and driving excellence throughout the organization, being the central figure in creating and sustaining a work environment that attracts top talent, promotes professional growth and reinforce the company's position as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate is one who dreams big, holds an excellent strategic perspective, a master of best practices, creative and innovative, but also have a passion and great execution skills, the ability to build programs from scratch, problem-solving attitude, strong presentation skills and above all - a talent of personal skills and collaborative teamwork who can efficiently manage multiple HR disciplines and processes.

This position reports to the local VP HR and includes managing of 2 directs.

The position is temporary for 7 months (maternity leave replacement).
