Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Finance to oversee the nancial

operations of our regulated Forex company. As the VP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in

driving strategic nancial initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing nancial

performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nance department, overseeing allaspects of nancial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Develop and implement nancial policies, procedures, and controls to ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements, including those set forth by relevant nancialauthorities.

Collaborate with executive management to formulate nancial strategies aligned withthe company's objectives and long-term growth plans.

Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring nancial performanceagainst targets and identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.

Oversee nancial risk management activities, including currency exposure, liquiditymanagement, and capital adequacy, to safeguard the company's nancial stability.

Lead the preparation of nancial statements, regulatory lings, and other reportsrequired by governing bodies and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, andtransparency.

Conduct regular nancial analysis and performance evaluations, providing insights andrecommendations to optimize protability and operational eciency.

Foster relationships with external auditors, regulators, and nancial institutions,representing the company in matters related to nancial compliance and reporting.

Stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, and industrytrends, advising senior management on potential impacts and opportunities.

Provide leadership and mentorship to nance team members, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Qualications:

Bachelor's degree in nance, accounting, or a related eld; MBA or CPA certicationpreferred.
