Financial Controller

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Financial Controller to join a Finance team and take an active role in managing day-to-day financial operations.

This position combines strong accounting expertise, operational responsibility, and collaboration with finance leadership and stakeholders in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ongoing accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll-related processes.
• Work closely with and supervise external bookkeeping providers.
• Ensure financial processes are accurate, efficient, well-controlled, and completed on time.
• Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Finance leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and ongoing financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders in a global working environment.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Big 4 experience – mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller – mandatory.
• Strong accounting knowledge and excellent analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
