IT Manager

System Administration:

Solitics is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, AWS, and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in SSO and SAML configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

-Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

-Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.

-Ensure high availability and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Cybersecurity:

-Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats.

-Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.

System Administration:

-Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including both Mac and Windows environments.

-Provide hands-on management of Microsoft 365 security products, AWS organizations, and IAM roles.

Technical Support:

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues.

-Manage the ticketing system using JIRA, ensuring all IT requests are addressed promptly.

Vendor Management:

Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure the procurement and maintenance of necessary IT equipment and services

Compliance and Documentation:

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and configuration

Requirements:

Experience:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, must be in a SaaS environment.

-Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and all its security products.

-Experience with AWS organizations and IAM roles.

-Familiarity with JIRA as a ticket management system.

Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in network and system administration, AWS cloud service, and cybersecurity tools and practices.

-Hands-on experience with SSO and SAML configuration and connections.

-Proficient in managing both Mac and Windows environments.
