We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile ML Data Analyst to join our growing BI & Analytics team. This hybrid role combines business intelligence development, data analysis, and machine learning — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams
Design and develop BI dashboards and reports, including business funnels and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making
Analyze business data to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives
Develop and deploy machine learning models to support forecasting, segmentation, and other business use cases
Communicate findings and recommendations to influence strategic decisions across the organization
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in ML
Excellent proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
Experience in DWH design
Experience with DBT - an advantage
Experience with AWS Sagemaker - an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
