Act as the main POC between the company and its customers. Ongoing management of company customers in Israel and abroad. Working cross-functionally with all company departments. Leading field activities abroad, including rapid response teams for troubleshooting, upgrade operations, and regular meetings. Managing maintenance contracts, training programs, and complementary products. Willingness to travel frequently abroad (up to 50% of the time). Experience in customer management – advantage. High-level English – mandatory. Experience with loitering munitions – significant advantage. Engineering diploma or Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
