HR Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Requirements:

A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of English (written and spoken)- required.
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in HR operations and people processes.

Full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv offices.

Responsibilities:

Support and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards.
Work closely with the HR team on cross-functional initiatives and ongoing process improvements.
Take an active role in end-to-end recruitment processes at scale, with a strong focus on mass hiring operations across multiple roles and systems.
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires, guiding them through the recruitment, onboarding, and early employment stages.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive, organized, and seamless experience.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data across HR systems and tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, hiring managers, operations, and finance to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery.
Take part in HR welfare and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and company culture.
