Frontend Team Leader

We’re looking for a Frontend Team Leader to join our team.

Location: Tel Aviv

In this role, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, setting technical direction and fostering growth,QA, Automation, Mobile.

Take ownership of Lili’s frontend architecture and development

Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to build scalable, high-performance features

Develop and maintain user-facing components of the Lili application using modern frameworks and tools

Ensure performance, responsiveness, and high code quality across the stack

Contribute to our design system, code standards, and engineering best practices

Support production environments, including occasional on-call duties

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and CSS

Strong experience working with React

Proven experience building scalable, production-grade web applications

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience in a U.S. fintech company – advantage

Experience in a B2C environment – advantage
