Job responsibilities:
Technical SEO audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and address on-page optimization opportunities and issues for international websites.
Website optimization: Implement technical SEO best practices, including optimizing site structure, meta tags, headings, schema markup, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Content collaboration: Work closely with content teams to align SEO strategies with content creation efforts, ensuring the development of SEO-friendly content that ranks well in search results.
Performance Reports: Generate regular SEO performance reports, highlighting key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices
Competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and competitor strategies to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
An accomplished SEO specialist with at least 3 years of experience (hands-on) in international markets managing projects from a to z.
Experience in diagnosing and addressing technical SEO issues
Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and improving rankings
Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz - a must
An eye for detail, a love for taking on new challenges and responsibilities, the ability to see the bigger picture, and able to take strategies from concept to execution
An excellent problem-solver, and motivated by data
Knowledge of WordPress and React - an advantage
Knowledge of Google tools such us Search Console, Keyword planner, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio — a must
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
knowledge of web accessibility - an advantage
French/German/Portuguese speaker - Big advantage
