We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer to build and implement AI-based microservices for extracting, organizing, and structuring HR-related data from CVs, job descriptions, and other sources in multiple languages and formats.

*Role Overview:* We are seeking an AI Developer to design and implement robust microservices for:
* *Data Extraction* – Extracting structured data from CVs, job descriptions, and other HR documents using AI/NLP models.
* *Data Organization & Relationship Mapping* – Classifying and structuring extracted data into categories, subcategories, and relationships using Neo4j for enhanced search and matching capabilities.

These microservices will be developed in *Node.js/Nest.js*, containerized using *Docker*, and seamlessly integrated into our existing application infrastructure.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop *Node.js/Nest.js microservices* for AI-driven data extraction and organization.
* Implement *AI/NLP models* to extract structured information from CVs and job descriptions.
* Build pipelines to handle multiple document formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and implement *OCR* as needed.
* Optimize data classification and relationship mapping using *Neo4j DB*.
* Leverage embeddings and *semantic similarity techniques* for data categorization and mapping.
* Ensure solutions are *scalable, multilingual, and high-performing*.
* Deploy and manage microservices using *Docker* and integrate with cloud platforms.
* Collaborate with backend engineers and data scientists to refine AI models and data pipelines.
* Document processes, workflows, and best practices for maintainability.

*Qualifications:*
* *Experience in backend development* using *Node.js/Nest.js*.
* Strong expertise in *AI/NLP* frameworks (e.g., *spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, FastText*).
* Proven experience with *document processing* and data extraction from diverse file formats.
* Familiarity with *OCR tools* (Tesseract, AWS Textract) for scanned document text extraction.
* Experience with *Neo4j* or other *graph databases* for relationship modeling.
* Proficiency in *semantic similarity tools* (e.g., sentence-transformers, FastText).
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in deploying AI microservices on *AWS, GCP, or Azure*.
* Familiarity with *multilingual text processing and NLP techniques*.
* Prior experience in *HR tech* or working with job-related taxonomies (titles, skills, industries, etc.).

Knowledge of *graph theory* and advanced relationship modeling techniques.
