We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team.
You will be a part of an end-to-end quality assurance process, testing new features, investigating technical issues in the production environment, working in close collaboration with our product, R&D and customer success teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features
Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression)
Design test cases for QA Automation
Participate in technical design meetings of new features
Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues
Take an active part in our version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of experience in testing complex web-based applications
Relevant academic background
Experience with logging and reporting tools (Tableau/ Kibana/ Sumo Logic/ Splunk)
Advanced SQL skills - must
Strong attention to details
Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute
Proficient written and spoken English
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
