What does a day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner look like in Applied Materials?

End-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process (from kick-off meetings, posting, screening to the offer stage) within deadlines and the highest quality standards of the company
Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).
Utilize sourcing channels (Social Media, referrals, recruitment vendor) for recruitment.
Use the ATS system for sourcing, screening, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment proc
Conduct TA interviews and provide your recommendation to business units.
Responsible to ensure the best candidate experience as reflected in the company’s career site, referral program, social media networks, job fairs and academy relations
Develop/utilize the global employment brand.
Work close and give consultancy to managers and be a major part in our decision making
Work closely with senior managers and multiple internal and external stakeholders
Define the strategy for social media campaigns while keeping employer brand guidelines
Take an active part in global projects and strategic recruitment

All you need is...

4-7 years of experience in recruitment from a technological company/ placement agency
B.A. in social sciences or related fields
Strong spoken and written English
An independent and hard worker, quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment and gets things done
An engaging team player with great communication skills, who is fun to work with

As talent acquisition partner you…

You will have the ability to influence the talent mapping of the organization by providing consultation to the managers on both external and intern al hiring.
You will be the main focal point and the subject matter expert for all recruiting-related issues within your groups
You will have the opportunity to work independently and lead projects in fast-paced environments and large scales
