Senior FP&A Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing team!

In this role, you will support the financial planning for various business units by developing long-term and short-term financial models, monitoring actual versus planned performance, assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes, and overseeing commission planning and calculations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the annual financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Develop financial models and conduct ad-hoc analyses, offering strategic insights that support business decisions.
Collaborate with various departments to create the annual commission plan and monitor commission programs for the relevant employees.
Foster financial partnerships with business units, working with senior management to align staffing cost plans with operational goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst, preferably in high-growth or global payments industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior management.
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau – an advantage.
Experience with forecasting tools and business intelligence (BI) tools – an advantage.
