Social Media Specialist

A growing women’s retail company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Social Engagement & Appointment Coordinator to manage high-volume social media interactions and convert inquiries into in-store appointments. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume engagement across social platforms (comments and DMs) using Zoho Social Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to customer inquiries Build trust and confidence through thoughtful, informative communication Navigate between management systems and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for personalized engagement Qualify leads and guide relevant prospects toward booking in-store appointments KPIs: Conversion rate from inquiries to scheduled and completed store visits Response time and quality across communication channels Requirements: Proven experience managing high-volume social media engagement – required Proficiency in Zoho Social . Native-level Hebrew with excellent written communication skills (English a plus) Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership Background or interest in beauty/fashion – an advantage
