Product Analyst

8fig is looking for an amazing Product Analyst to join our dynamic team!

As a Product Analyst at 8fig, you will be instrumental in understanding the business side of eCommerce sellers and generating insights and reports that drive real impact on their business performance and our underwriting decisions. You will work closely with C-Level management and product managers to create financial products tailored for our user base of Shopify, Amazon, and other sellers. Additionally, you will collaborate with our data science team to research and identify key features for our financial models.

This role is perfect for a skilled, experienced, and proactive analyst who wants to make a significant impact on our company's product offerings and the success of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Define and track KPIs to measure the success of products and initiatives.
Design financial products and reports for eCommerce sellers.
Create models to enhance the underwriting process based on performance analysis of eCommerce stores.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a fintech company or a similar role.
A degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Fully proficient in SQL for quantitative analysis.
Hands-on experience in running and analyzing A/B Tests.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Quicksights, Mixpanel, and Retool.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Data Engineering Capabilities (Advantageous):

Works on data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing.
