DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Financial Controller of Exclusive Networks Israel Ltd, you will:

Act as a key contributor within the global accounting team, actively managing critical aspects of the monthy, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, including the accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
Ensure recording, monitoring and reporting general and technical accounting activity according to the Groups Policies.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly reporting package and cashflow analysis, providing insightful information to internal stakeholders, management, and investors.
Support the Finance Director with the preparation of financial forecast and budget analysis.
Partner with the internal sales team to provide guidance regarding deals terms, rebates, and incentive plans.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Supervise daily operations together with the companys bookkeeper, including payments to suppliers, AR monitoring, etc.
Be direct liaison with auditors and internal accounting team to efficiently get through external and internal audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Israel and abroad to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
Contribute your expertise and support with various accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Accountant has:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA qualification preferred.
Experience working for Big-4 accounting firms.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting as an assistant controller/controller role.
Strong understanding of IFRS, Israeli Accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls processes.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insight using Excel and power-BI tools.
Familiar with transfer pricing methodologies and inter-company transactions.
Great communicator and collaborator with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Hands-on approach, details oriented with problem solving skills and strong commitment to ethics and compliance.
Experience with financial tools: SAP Business one, Netsuite is a plus.
Professional level of English and Hebrew (verbal/written).
