On your day to day

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you’ll set the technical direction for end-to-end development across frontend and backend, ensuring scalability, performance, and high-quality standards. You’ll design robust solutions, guide architectural decisions, and improve development workflows. The role combines hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.

Requirements:

What Will Make You Stand Out

6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer
Strong experience building and scaling complex web applications (frontend + backend)
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Node.js or similar)
Strong architectural thinking, with the ability to design and lead scalable, maintainable systems
Proven experience leading projects, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers
Ability to balance hands-on development with team leadership and ownership
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Strong commitment to high-quality, maintainable code
