Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager | Position 4135 | Caesarea Area

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced and talented Product Development Manager to join its dynamic R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of new formulations and products from early-stage research through full-scale industrial production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead formulation and new product development processes from R&D stages to final approval, including industrial scale-up
* Analyze experimental results, draw conclusions, conduct literature reviews, and manage raw material procurement
* Prepare and write technical specifications for formulations and products
* Work closely with multiple interfaces including QA/QC laboratories, Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs
* Write professional sections for regulatory submissions
* Ensure compliance with GMP standards and SOP procedures

Requirements:

* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology
* Proven experience in product/formulation development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Experience working in a GMP environment
* High proficiency in Excel
* Fluent English – written, verbal, and reading skills
