I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of food and beverage outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events.Maintain exceptional levels of customer serviceAchieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet.Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of restaurant inventory, and equipment, the security of monies, credit and financial transactions.Instill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and PayrollSet outlet targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivise hosts to maximize sales and revenueRecruit, manage, train and develop the teamEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generatedEnsure compliance of brand standardsWhat are we looking for?Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experienceFluent in English and Hebrew (Mandatory)Experience in the hotel industryProven leadership and management skillsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysThe position is located in Shahrut, Arava dessertAccommodation will be provided if necessarySix Senses serves as a changemaker and maintains a leadership commitment to community, sustainability, emotional hospitality, wellness, and crafted experiences, infused with a touch of quirkiness.Whether an exquisite island resort, mountain retreat, or urban hotel; Six Senses unites a diverse, multinational, and multicultural portfolio of properties.
