Senior Program Manager will be accountable for the total book of business for JLL SPGC on Intel in Israel FSM. Focal point for all projects delivered at their site for client, JLL, design, GCs, contractors and materials / equipment suppliers.
Manage PM delivery teams at their site.
Accountable for E2E delivery of all design and build projects within agreed schedule, scope and budget. Demonstrating continued efficiencies and cost savings, providing the most competitive solutions to the client. Managing key client stakeholder relationship and business growth.

Site Leadership

Lead client liaison; build strong collaborative partnerships with client project managers and client site teams.
Manage and resolve client escalations for all projects delivered at their site.
Manage delivery of some projects directly and oversee delivery of all projects at their site.
Oversee and manage the overall program of works at their site; ensure all projects at the site remain on track and meet client’s objectives on cost, schedule, quality, safety and client communications.
Oversee EHS compliance at their site, working closely with JLL EHS Managers.
Liaison with other JLL business units and other JLL client accounts.
Provide expert advice to client and JLL’s facilities managers.

Project Delivery
Prepare project execution plans, schedules and budgets.
Develop and deliver client proposals for all phases of project delivery (scope definition, programming, design, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out).
Gather basic data on the feasibility of the end-user’s requested space use and define the scope required for the project.
Document the scope / feasibility results sufficient for the client to decide whether or not to proceed.
Manage and deliver scope definition, cost estimate, and high-level milestone schedule.
Document and manage all RFIs and scope change requests / scope input from entire JLL / client project team immediately after scope freeze.
Appoint designers and manage the design development and review process, ensuring client PM and other client stakeholder involvement in design reviews.
Manage and deliver the design package, budget estimate, provisional bidding and construction schedule, and project execution plan.
Document and manage all submittals, ensuring client sign-off is achieved in line with agreed project schedule.
Work closely with JLL Procurement and JLL QS to identify potential GCs, contractors and materials / equipment suppliers, obtain bids, clarify scope and site parameters with the bidders, assist in cost negotiation and benchmarking efforts, review costs before submission of JLL’s final fixed price lump sum project cost proposal, and secure client agreement.
Manage and deliver the fixed price lump sum proposal (working closely with JLL Procurement and JLL QS), baseline project schedule, and approved project execution plan.
Execute the works once authorized by the client, overseeing and coordinating the appointed GCs and trade contractors.
Conduct regular project status review meetings to keep all stakeholders appraised of progress.
Manage and oversee works on site to ensure compliance to schedule and all applicable EHS and QAQC standards.
Co-ordinate communications with all project stakeholders regarding status, progress and issues relating to the project
Manage client, contractors and JLL team to ensure achievement of the agreed project schedule, scope, quality and budget.
Identify, control and manage all project change requests. Keep robust change control records identifying all cost and schedule impacts, ensuring all requests are issued to the client and followed-up to closure.
Manage commissioning and handover process. Ensure all applicable documentation is provided to the client on time in full.
Manage close-out and snagging process.
Develop and build partnerships with designers, GCs, contractors, materials and equipment suppliers and specialist consultants.
Maintain project schedule data, cost data & performance indicator data in online integrated IT system.
Problem resolution.

Creation and monitoring of purchase requisitions.
