People Partner

The People Partner (Product & Engineering) serves as a dedicated partner to Individual Contributors (ICs) and Team Leads within core technology business units, supporting growth, team dynamics, and day-to-day organizational needs. This role collaborates closely with global HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Employee Experience to drive the execution of core people programs and employee lifecycle events. Operating within a global matrix environment with key cross-regional touchpoints, you will help scale and refine HR processes to support high-performing tech teams.

Responsibilities

Act as a dedicated partner to Product and Engineering ICs and Team Leads, providing guidance on professional development, team dynamics, and employee relations.

Facilitate the rollout of core people programs, including performance cycles, engagement surveys, feedback culture, and team lead coaching across designated departments.

Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience to ensure seamless onboarding, welfare initiatives, and HR lifecycle operations.

Facilitate employee focus groups and gather qualitative feedback to refine HR processes, elevate company culture, and support cross-functional global alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP), People Partner, or HR Generalist role within a fast-paced technology company.

Direct experience supporting Engineering organizations with a demonstrated understanding of tech team dynamics and workflows.

Proven track record of direct operational and strategic partnership with Individual Contributors (ICs) and Team Leads.

Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating as an HRBP or People Partner in a global B2B SaaS or cybersecurity enterprise.

Experience working within a global matrix structure supporting LATAM (specifically Brazilian/Portuguese markets) or European teams.

Hands-on experience facilitating employee focus groups, driving engagement surveys, and implementing culture initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience teams.

Strong background in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, performance management cycles, and team lead enablement.

Experience utilizing HRIS data and qualitative employee feedback to optimize HR workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
