Position Overview:

Jewish National Fund-USA in Israel is looking for an IT Manager to manage all IT operations and staff in the different sites. The IT Manager will also be responsible for all Salesforce day-to-day operations and maintenance and will lead the training of all team members. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience as well as the ability to manage and "get things done" in a diverse and distributed environment. Candidates should have practical experience and understanding of the support and administration of various IT services. Strong managerial and project management skills are inherent requirements of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure project deadlines and day-to-day support are met by monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.

• Be the Organization's Project Manager to give professional guidance and manage all site projects.

• Helps establish and enhance team policies, procedures, and standards and enforces their implementation within the team.

• In charge of creating standardization of all processes and communication with vendors, including equipment, services, etc.

• Manages and coordinates all projects owned by the team or that require the team's participation.

• Be the Organization's Salesforce Project Manager:

Set up the system and define system requirements while referring to the unique, specific needs and specifications of the organization's business units.

Customize the platform according to the Organization's needs and requirements.

Be responsible for the day-to-day Salesforce operations and maintenance.

Be responsible for Salesforce training for employees and helpdesk.

Have technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of how the Salesforce platform works.

Ensure that all users have correct access to Salesforce.

Gather information and requirements from the users of the organization and work on solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups o Documenting processes and preparing reports

• Establish and maintain a highly cooperative environment and foster collaboration across all areas.

• Coordinates internal and vendor resources for the smooth execution of projects.

• Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.

• Ensure that the business requirements are captured accurately before a solution is developed and/or implemented.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science

• Salesforce certified administrator certification

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment

• Ability to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively.

• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work schedules to maximize performance and meet real-time customer needs

• Ability to understand technology and successfully integrate it into dynamic and diverse environments

• Salesforce Experience: Performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

High ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

Ability to provide IT training and end-user support.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• English + Hebrew speaking

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• A doer mentality- if it needs to be done, I will find a way to do it

• Attention to details.
