Director IT IS and Cyber Security

We are seeking for a Director IT IS and Cyber Security that will leads the organization's IT strategy, focusing on Information Systems (IS) and Cybersecurity & infrastructure. This role ensures IT integration, security, and efficiency while aligning technology with business objectives. The Director IT IS and Cyber Security IT will report to COO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee Global IT solutions and governance frameworks.
Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices.
Lead implementation and optimization of IS solutions
Manage ERP, CRM, and data integrity.
Develop and maintain BI structure and dashboards
Develop & implement cybersecurity strategies, enforce security protocols, and ensure system availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments.
Lead IT service management and optimize operations.
Build & manage and lead a high-performing IT team.
Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s in relevant field
10+ years in IT leadership, focusing on IS and cybersecurity in start-ups
Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and risk management.
Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to drive digital transformation
Experience with startup growth stage- advantage
Hands on capability & passion – advantage
