Job description:Operational handling of Online Reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.,Coordinate offline requests with internal departmentsHandling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problemsReceiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requestsNegotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions.Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholdersOperating few online systems at once, providing service to travel agentsResponsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-ZQualifications:Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English and HebrewIndependent, self-motivated, patience, and goal-oriented work style, solving problemsCan control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiency solve casesExperience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional is a big plus!Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/system, and company proceduresWorking proficiency in English & HebrewWe are offering nice working environment with a start-up mode in Ramat-Gan.
