Director of Product Management

Job Description:
To manage the products under their responsibility like a business and be passionate about building best-in-class products that drive company success and have lasting impact in the market.
The position will report to VP of Products (located in Israel)
Lead a team of strong product managers
" Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
" Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
" Analyze customer needs, industry trends and competitive information
" Communicating the product roadmap, both inside the company and with customers and prospect
" Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges and gain a full understanding of their needs
" Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
" Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions

Job Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic product management Director with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in all aspects of product lifecycle management, great interpersonal skills, and significant expertise in cybersecurity and IT security, enterprise software and cybersecurity solutions.
" 10+ years experience in product management
" Domain expertise in cyber security (Focusing on Data Protection) - significant advantage
" Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years experience managing product managers and multiple product lines
" Experience delivering vision, strategy and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership
" Rich experience in working, and leading, cross-functional delivery teams
" Strong experience in effective, collaborative work with all departments of the company
" Experience in product management of complex enterprise software, with modern software development processes
" Experience in a variety of software delivery models: on-prem, cloud, managed services
" Strong desire and ability to connect with customers
