Interim Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in Hod Hasharon for a temporary full-time role covering maternity leave, with potential for extension. Join us to support our HR department's day-to-day tasks across various areas.

Job description:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and updating recruitment systems.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure employee well-being by organizing events, celebrating milestones such as birthdays, and coordinating holiday gifts.
Act as a liaison between managers, employees, and candidates.
Assist with payroll administration and data preparation.
Provide support for various tasks within the human resources department.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of experience in human resources
Proficient in English
Strong computer skills
Skilled with technology and a quick learner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service-oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks
