You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

What You'll Do

Own the full-cycle recruiting process
Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with Israel’s elite technological military units (8200, 81, Talpiot, Mamram, etc.)
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
