About the Role

mavens are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team in Tel Aviv. This unique opportunity contributes to Zynga’s (our parent company) success by acting as a strategic business partner, coach, and advocate for all employees and be the “go-to” HR leader and doer for the site in Israel.. This position will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP of the partner group and tightly partnered with mavens CEO and leadership in Israel. Zynga’s culture embodies the dynamics of a start-up, focusing on creativity and fun. The right candidate for this role will embrace our culture and help drive high-performing teams.

What's expected of me?
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner helps to drive strategies to meet changing business and talent needs to support the achievement of company and team objectives and employees, managers, and leadership layer development
Design the organizational structure of the team's structure (professional / management)
Partner with global HRBPs and broader HR team on strategic project management and analytical programs
Effectively deliver HR initiatives within your business areas including Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Partner closely with business leaders across our teams to help managers with developing and growing their teams, while keeping the mavens culture
Work alongside your leaders to drive clear communication initiatives within zynga to ensure clarity of the strategy and drive accountability through the organization
Manage the company recruiting operations alongside our lead recruiter
Update and apply policies and procedures from partner teams consistently across the business.
Support and guide our employees and managers throughout their employment lifecycle, from onboarding to departure, suggesting professional growth and development path

How do I increase my chances of being seen?
Eligibilities
7+ years of experience in an HR role, for a company with 100+ employees
Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders
Experience in a dynamic environment/ scaling teams/hyperscaling
Proficient knowledge and a truly hands-on approach in all HR areas: Hiring, Organizational Development, Comp & Ben, HRIS, Welfare, etc.
High level of English & Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, and passionate about driving results.
Experience in building customer-facing and R&D teams
Experience in hiring D/V/C level executives in Israel and globally
Design and implementation of HR infrastructure
