התפקיד הינו חלק מיחידת הCapability Development הנמצאת במחלקת ה Commercial Operations.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

השתתפות בפיתוח אסטרטגיית בניית היכולות והמיומנויות המסחריות בארגון
הטמעת הגדרות התפקיד של אנשי השטח, באמצעות חיזוק הידע והיכולות המקצועיות.
חיזוק היכולות המקצועיות של אנשי השטח על ידי פיתוח הכשרות וכלים כדי ליצור ערך משמעותי עבור הקמעונאים והלקוחות שלנו ולספק להם את השירותים והחוויות הטובים ביותר.
ניהול ופיתוח פתרונות לאתגרים שעולים מהשטח בהתאם לעדיפויות העסקיות המעודכנות.
יצירת ממשקי עבודה אופטימליים כדי להבטיח סנכרון מלא בין המחלקות המסחריות.

**Maternity Leave Replacement**

We are looking for a passionate trainer with excellent interpersonal skills, who can communicate with diverse styles and enjoys fieldwork, in order to build knowledge and commercial capabilities among field personnel and maximize organizational performance.
The role is part of the Capability Development unit within the Commercial Operations department.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

Take part in developing the capability building strategy.
Implement Field Force Role Definitions, via enhancement of knowledge commercial capabilities.
Strengthen Field Force commercial capabilities by developing training and tools, to create meaningful value for our retailers and customers and provide them with the best services and experiences.
Manage and develop solutions to challenges that arise from the field in accordance with the updated business priorities.
Create optimal work interfaces to ensure full synchronization between departments.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

Experience in developing training programs
Ability to deliver front-facing training sessions
High level of English proficiency
Creativity, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking skills
Ability to lead complex processes independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating PPT presentations
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the country
