Program Manager

Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) is a leading, well-established, company in Israel for providing technological solutions in the worlds of FinTech, Invest Tech, Legal Tec, and Business Tech (BT).

The capital market product line from Guideline Group directly powers the data infrastructures of some of Israel's strongest financial institutions and investment businesses.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Program Manager to join us.

Position Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects and programs with a technical focus. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at leading both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the projects and programs from inception through completion, with a focus on technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing resources, budgets, milestones, and schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Track program metrics and provide regular updates on the project status, progress, and any potential challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending best practices and implementing lessons learned.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology-focused environment.
Experience with information systems, databases, API, and software applications (mobile, web, desktop)
Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices- Must
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering results
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure, Jira, Asana) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving project issues, making informed decisions, and adapting plans as necessary
Ability to navigate and lead through change
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience
