Autodesk TLV is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Group Manager to lead and inspire our talented engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, oversee the development of best-in-class solutions for managing the lifecycle of construction projects, and shape the future of technology at Autodesk.

As an Engineering Group Manager, you will lead multiple engineering teams and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions. You’ll provide strategic direction, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineering managers, team leads, tech leads, and architects to achieve their potential and deliver exceptional results.
Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and strategic goals.
Guide architectural decisions and ensure the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions.
Work closely with product, design, and business teams to align engineering efforts with company objectives.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project and operational success.
Attract, retain, and grow top engineering talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and inclusion.
Drive engineering excellence with a focus on quality, scalability, resilience, and automation.
Champion a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement-driven culture.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and leading engineering managers or team leads.
A strong background in developing and delivering large-scale, complex SaaS products.
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
Demonstrated success in project delivery, quality assurance, and risk management.
Track record of setting and driving high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
Proven ability to drive effective cross-team collaboration, including remote teams and global stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
Strong decision-making skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience managing multidisciplinary technological stacks, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and QA.
Passion for innovation and driving impactful change in the organization.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
