We are looking for an experienced HRBL who will support the Region’s GM through a tight Partnership. The HRBL is a trusted advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational & individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making, particularly related to the human capital assets of the business.

What will your job look like?

You will:

• HR Strategy: taking inputs from data, sensing tools, RT, and turning it into HR strategy, processes, and actions in the region. proactively address HR-related needs with integrated solutions.
• Organizational Changes: Plan for organizational change and structure, identify risks, and develop action plans to keep the healthy org mindset and KPIs.
• Leadership Development: Ensure leadership continuity through succession planning, and talent management, and provide coaching to the leadership team, all while minding the business urgency and hectic D2D.
• Employee Engagement: Promote organizational values and ethics, lead HR analytics, and foster employee engagement in times of continuous pressure and burnout.
• Learning & Development: Establish a sustainable learning framework in collaboration with Learning Services and OD.
• HR Process Control: Govern budget utilization (salary, bonus, promotions, performance management) and build strategy/ plans in order to better utilize it and support the org purpose.
• Workforce Planning: Manage Healthy Organization KPIs such as, site mix, Pyramid…. etc- close partnership with the RMG.
• HR Team Excellence: Lead and develop a team of HR professionals and global HR projects, business understanding and groom the next gen of HR leadership.
• Project Management: Analyze trends and gaps, set project objectives, lead HR initiatives, manage project plans, identify risks, and oversee program communications.

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree and MA/MBA in a related field from a leading institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a HR leadership role in large, complex organizations with over 1500 employees.
• Proven experience in providing comprehensive HR support to senior executives and management teams.
• Significant experience in working with global teams in a Multi-Cultural Environment, preferably in the high-tech industry, and experience of working in a Matrix Organization
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
