About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Team Lead to join our CTO Infrastructure Application Data Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of software infrastructure services, including Master Data Management (MDM), while leading a talented team of developers.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll split your time between technical ownership and people management: mentoring your team, guiding architectural decisions, and delivering cutting-edge solutions. You’ll work on innovative projects at the intersection of cloud computing and Generative AI, building scalable, efficient systems that impact millions of people across Israel.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack developers.

Drive the design, development, and deployment of large-scale infrastructure applications.

Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud-based and AI-powered solutions.

Ensure high standards of software quality, performance, and security.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.דרישות התפקידLeadership: 2+ years leading and mentoring software teams.

Technical expertise: 6+ years of Java development for large-scale systems, using frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Cloud mastery: Proven experience with AWS, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Full stack skills: Practical experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, VueJS) and backend development (SQL/NoSQL, Hibernate, APIs).

DevOps know-how: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and modern DevOps practices.

Extra edge: Knowledge of additional languages like Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.
